VCC announced today it has been issued patents for our Caller Queue® process and system in the European Union (#3446445), Japan (#7023274), and South Korea (#2360662). The patent has also been allowed in Canada, Australia, and Israel. The new patents increase VCC’s portfolio to twelve.
